Grand Laurel Hotel

First knock (and a major), the side doors were locked! Big safety violation! Only one way out in an emergency! Told the staff, but they didn't seem to care (just shrugged)! We had to ask for toilet tissue and towels! We won't stay there again!

Nobody in reception for about 20 minutes. A few guests had been waiting for! They only come to reception desk when had been phoned by takeaway driver to collect their food!!!

It was dated and dirty.

Initially walking in the hotel lobby is looks nice but the rooms looked like they don’t get cleaned properly. The shower had pink mold, the pull out couch looked terrible and the bed in the couch was disgusting. When asked for extra sheets, we were told there wasn’t any. The AC didn’t work either. Overall it wasn’t a good experience.

I like the room but never told me the waterpark was closed and the green areas are bad

Easy access. Friendly staff

I enjoyed my stay very much. The room was clean and a nice size. Television was big and a good channel selection. Bed was comfortable.

The refrigerator and the bathroom could have been larger.
