Hampton Inn Lexington South-Keeneland Airport

We stayed here for a night passing through Lexington. We’re loyal to the Hampton Inn brand so we chose this location because it was near a planned Rail Explorers outing we had planned. Inclement weather canceled our plans and we just relaxed at the hotel. As many people have noted, the pool area is lackluster. Water temperature is fine though. Breakfast area is clean but standard. Room is pretty standard double queen. Staff here were kind and courteous. I want to give a special shout out to desk manager Kiersten Fogleman. This young woman was everywhere doing just about everything. She ran the front desk, deep cleaned the kitchen, assisted guests by the pool and on other floors. It’s time for Hilton to look at hard working employees like this and consider promoting her to a bigger property. Kiersten has been without a doubt one of the kindest and hardest working employees in the Hilton team.

We didn't have anything that we did not like. The location is great and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly.

This was an okay place to stay for one night. It felt more like a motel. Cleanliness of the rooms could be improved. The staff were super nice.

So much assistance was given for my wife who had broken her ribs the night before at another hotel. Help was offered and things brought to the room to help without us even asking. Much appreciated.
