Michele, the lady at the Front desk is WONDERFUL. Also the the bartender and the guys at the Valet Parking (attention: there is a charge of $35 per day, not disclosed on the reservation).

The place looks run down, DIRTY and without all the services as described. Stayed 3 days and NEVER saw anyone Cleanning the common areas, never vacuumed or sweeping any floor. The gym is filthy: the equipment and the floor look like haven’t been cleaned in months (or ever!) NO beach service: we had to get towels, carry and install our own umbrella (which some people were not able to do it).

Michelle was absolutely wonderful and made my stay so special! Thanks for a great getaway!

A/C didn’t work. Room was not cleaned properly, dusty. Restaurant was overpriced. Hopefully, when a new owner takes over, things will change.

Amazing service from Kevin S at front desk. Jacuzzi is amazing! Great Bossa Nova music by pool for chill vibes! Easy access to beach.

Good location on the beach. Easy ride to downtown Palm Beach and West Palm. Close, but you feel away from it all. Good price point/value for what you get. Could use some TLC: fix cement/coral blocks in driveway, Get more than 3 bikes to pick from! The bikes should have "quick release" seat adjusters so you can fit them to your specific leg length. That's just such a basic thing. Elevators need some work. Staff is really good. Fitness center and pool are good. A lack of electrical outlets both in the room and in the common areas is puzzling. Beach and ocean water temp was great.

I booked an 80 minute massage with a couple of add ons and a facial at the spa. I arrived at 10:30am for 11:00 appointment and was shown to their “relaxation area” which i just a few chairs just off the lobby. There a table with tea bags and a pedestal for water and space for snacks (which are promised on the website) but no water to drink nor make tea. At 11:18 I returned to the reception desk to see what was going on with my appointment and the you d woman had no idea. She had no name tag on and told me she was brand new and told me I could go ask at the front desk. I asked instead to speak to a manager and was told that Bibi wasn’t on today but she could give me Bibi’s phone number. I asked who the manager on duty was and was informed there wasn’t one. I proceeded to the front desk and spoke to Michelle who was very polite and she said she’d get Marco. While waiting for Marco an employee emerged from the back and she looked like a spa employee so I asked if she was the therapist and she said “yeah” and then tried to go back out back. I asked if she was the person booked for my services and she said “probably”. I asked if there was a reason I was still waiting at 11:22 and she informed me that “if you don’t want to wait that’s fine”. That she didn’t care whether or not I got a massage. Just at this time (11:28) Marco appeared as Barbara the therapist was stalking out the front of the spa and declared “she ain’t getting no services”. Marco was polite and apologized for the “inconvenience”. All in all i wasted a full hour, plus 30 minutes travel in each direction to sit in a crummy broken down space. DO NOT RECOMMEND! I did text Bibi and received zero response.

Ok, so let’s start with the good things. The front desk is ABSOLUTELY lovely. Michelle and all the other ladies, are very accommodating and nice. So -are the cleaning and the valet staff. The place is somewhat comfortable, and has great potential, but there is sand everywhere and in the rooms. Please take this as an honest feedback and not a bad review. 1. There are not enough umbrellas and tables by the pool, while their prices on drinks are very high. Also the bars by the pools only have water and are not real tiki bars. So basically, if you order drinks they bring it from the hotel. Which is fine I guess. 2. The little stream in front of the pool is dirty and the water is stale. 3. There are no ice machines on the floors and even if you had the machines, the little ice bucket is 4. No one is tending to the beach area. You have to literally pick your own umbrella and put it in the ground yourself, etc. Let alone that there are no towels until like 10am in the morning. 5. There are no do not disturb signs in the rooms 6. They allow guests from the outside to use the pool. Basically they pay for passes. I think this should be disclosed, as the pool only has 3 umbrellas (yes, that’s right, only 3!!) plus some people may have an issue with it. 7. The manager is rude and never greets any guests. We passed by him multiple times during our stay and instead of being welcoming, he gave us a funny look. Sorry - we shall not return but we wish you the best of luck!

The room was nice but the service was lacking. I asked for early check in and my room wasn't ready. The front desk staff, who was not friendly, held our bags while we went out. When we returned my purse had been left on the counter of the front desk and they were unable to locate our luggage. Service at the beach and pool was inconsistent.
