Very nice hotel. Service was excellent. Michelle t reception give us the best greeting upon arrival . Food and drinks by the beach was top class. Great espresso martinis. The pool was exceptional and lots of shaded areas . Beach front restaurant and in a great location

The front desk, servers and bar staff were so helpful and friendly!

The AC was working minimally. They came to repair it twice, it would work for a few hours then it would slowly stop working properly. Also, I have a $68 charge on my card from the restaurant which doesn’t belong to me. Only plus was the staff was friendly, other than that 2 out of 5.

It was very relaxing and will definitely be back.

This property was remodeled two years ago and is fabulous! It's right on the beach, also very clean, with comfortable beds.

Beautiful, right on the beach

I recently had an incredibly disappointing experience at Tide Line Resort and Spa that I feel compelled to share. I booked the Palm Beach Glam Package, which included a facial, body scrub, and massage. To make the most of my day, I arrived at 11 AM for my 2 PM appointment, hoping to enjoy the amenities like the sauna, jacuzzi, and steam room, as I was informed when booking. Upon arrival, I was handed a robe and directed to the women's locker room, which was in a shocking state. It was dirty, with used towels, panty liners on the floor, and showers that hadn't been cleaned properly. One shower was even out of order, and the sauna's ceiling was falling down. To make matters worse, I encountered maintenance workers entering the locker room unannounced while I was changing. When I asked the attendant for toilet paper, I was handed a wad of paper towels. To top it off, the attendant proceeded to make a FaceTime call in the locker room for 20 minutes, completely disregarding the privacy of the guests. The facial I received was equally disappointing. The technician didn't ask about my skin type or the products being used, and I was charged extra for an upgrade I never consented to. The result was one of the worst facials I've ever had—my hair was soaked, I got soap in my eye, and I ended up with a breakout afterward. The body scrub felt rushed and inexperienced, lasting only 20 minutes instead of the promised hour. The massage was interrupted by three fire alarms going off due to maintenance work, which added to the chaos. When I went to the front desk to voice my concerns, I was shocked to learn they intended to charge me double for services I didn’t request. After I insisted on speaking to a manager, I was told none were available. Although the front desk staff removed the unwanted charges, it was a frustrating experience overall. I have attempted to contact management eight times and left four messages with various staff members, but I have yet to receive any response after 48 hours. This lack of communication is unacceptable.
