Amazing experience! The ladies at the front desk were phenomenal! Caress and Michelle made my stay enjoyable! If you're looking for hospitality, this is the place to go! The pool was beautiful and the water at the beach was amazing!! I ordered a mojito while I was at the beach and the drink came out fast and perfect!

Room smelled so bad. Water leaking from toilet above into my bathroom, couldn’t use it! Water on the desk ruined my passports and my bag. Water all over the floor. Still they had no remorse charges for the stay parking and resort fee.

"Perfect days at a perfect place"

With my wife and daughter (28) we decided to go to Lake Worth beach, but forgot to bring our beach chairs and umbrellas. It was quite hot and we didn’t see any rentals. So we went to Tides private beach and for a resort pass of $ 50 we could use all facilities of the hotel for the day. We got nice beach chairs and umbrellas, choose from a menu drinks and food, later we showered and spent the after noon at the pool and jacuzzi. Perfect day. It’s a nice resort, adjacent to the Four Seasons with whom Tidals shares the same beach.

"Great place for a vacation!"

Michelle, at the front desk, is the best! She helped us juggle our booking issues with Expedia and ensured we had a nice stay! The hotel is nice, the beach side is super convenient and the pool is great. A nice boutique hotel with good staff! I would go back.

This property is in dire need of renovations. The rooms are dark (lighting is minimal) the electrical outlets (for plugging in appliances and electronics) are few & far between. There are 2 elevators which only work periodically (we had to use the service elevator to leave the property with our luggage)

"Outrageously Unresponsive"

We made a reservation in October 2024 for February 2025 stay. The confirmation email stated that there was a 72 hour prior to arrival cancellation with no pre-payment. However, when I changed the reservation to add another night, they changed the terms to payment in full and no cancellation. I called and reminded them of our reservation terms and they changed the terms back. However unbeknownst to us they charged us the full amount for our stay in November. Then when we checked out in February, they charged us again. We have now called several times speaking to Michele and Caress but outrageously we have not gotten a call back. This borders on fraud. We are considering contacting local police.
