Tideline Palm Beach Ocean Resort and Spa

We love everything about the Tideline Hotel and happy to be back again.

If you want to stay beachfront in Palm Beach 🏝️ for a good price this is the place. The Tideline offers tremendous value for your money. I stayed in a newly renovated room which was well done and the beds were comfy. The staff was attentive and worked tirelessly to accommodate many guests. The only negatives were the slow elevators, the dinner menu was limited and there was no coffee bar in the morning so if you didn’t order breakfast with your room, it was hard to grab a coffee. The lunch menu was decent and the cocktails were delicious. There are chairs, towels and umbrellas available on the beach for guests and the pool is behind the hotel which offers privacy however it would have been nice for it to be beachfront as well. It is a 5 minute walk on the beach to one of my favorite breakfast places Benny’s. I will definitely be coming back.

This property could have been very nice and worth the money but it wasn't and left a lot to be desired. We will not stay there again. For a quick get away - everything was just too stressful. Pros: -Great views of the ocean -Near lots of activities and dining -Very nice pool and hot tub area -Beach attendant was very pleasant and helpful Cons: -Unorganized service and staff -Had to call 4 times to the front desk for service in our room and eventually had to go to the front desk -Staff left both room doors open and unsecured while we were out (luckily nothing was taken) -Food was just ok

Beautiful patio, excellent bar service, beach access was great and plenty of chairs and umbrellas. Clean and lovely property. The room was lovely as well.😊

The coffee maker in the room.

I booked a daughter and me getaway at the Tideline. I booked directly on their website. Before you check in you will receive a email confirmation from Tideline with a complementary upgrade of which I immediately denied when I saw it was not complementary at all- you’d be charged. I was still charged upgrade fees, even though I denied the ” complementary” upgrade. I was told by Caress, the manager, that the additional $150 per night upgrade charge would be removed from my bill. She stated that she removed the unauthorized charge and the additional balance was an incidental hold that would be reimbursed in 7-10 days. Turns out it was not an incidental hold. It was an upgrade charge of which I never requested and was never reimbursed. In addition to the shady fees. The service was God awful. After ordering food, you’ll never see the waiter again. The $50 service fee that is charged each night is in vain because there are no towels and no one to service you while you’re on the beach. Save yourself the aggravation and book at a major hotel. This “boutique hotel“ is severely lacking and not worth the aggravation your experience while you’re there and afterwards.

Staff don’t welcome us. Room dirty and not all amenities where in the room. Mattress was heavy used cushions not from feathers. Overall way to expensive for the service. Would not stay there again.
