El desayuno un poco pobre

I booked this hotel because it was affiliated with Hilton, so I expected a certain standard. Unfortunately, this has been the worst experience. Both shower soap dispensers were empty, the hair dryer was broken, & the toilet tank wasn't working properly. The trash had not been emptied - there was still garbage left from the previous guests - & the floor was dirty, with food debris & even a coin on it.

The bed was fine. Shower was hot, plumbing worked, fridge and microwave worked.

My room had no privace/light block curtain, and there was a bright light outside the window. The desk chair was broken - the seat tilted. The room was cold, but controls did nothing (except on/off). Wifi was broken for my entire stay. Understaffed - persistent lines in the lobby. A car alarm went off a bunch overnight (not the hotel’s fault, but added to the general unrestfulness of my stay).

Location fine. Room was clean and comfortable. Did not have the breakfast, but it's nice to have the option.

They accepted my reservation for 2 rooms with a 3pm check-in time and request for the 2 rooms to be close together or on the same floor. Upon arrival, rooms were not ready and the person at the desk talked about rooms being available that I did not make the reservation for. The most annoying thing were the EXCUSES given and unprofessional handling of the situation. This was the "First Impression", which set the tone for what could have been a more pleasant stay and hence, a better review.

We loved the location and the breakfast was delicious

We just seem to have had a communication issue about getting a previous reservation canceled, and that held up some money in our account
