The staff was awful not friendly. Not helpful The only person that was wonderful was Efron. The place was not a resort feel there was no hospitality other than Efron. I feel so let down I would appreciate a refund. So much money for a low budget hotel feel.People (other guests) by the pool were saying the same thing. One of our uber drivers says definitely not the place to stay.

Small resort feel. Lovely reception and pool bar area. The pool area was quiet and clean. The room was comfortable.

We got the impression the hotel was a bit short staffed at times. Housekeeping service was mixed as almost every day something was missing. We went 3 days without shower gel, ran out of toilet tissue, coffee supplies weren’t replenished a couple of times, and one day our room wasn’t made up at all. The Starbucks counter didn’t open until later one day, and its steamer also broke. Food was good but expensive.

El desayuno estaba muy rico, un desayuno muy variado dulce, salado, de todo y muy rico. La ubicacion es buenisima para lo que yo necesite que fue ir a un congreso donde la sede estaba a 4 minutos, enfrente esta un wallgreens donde fui por cositas que habia olvidado, hay bancos cercas, restaurants , mall. La atencion del personal es muy buena, son todos muy amables y con mucha disposicion de orientacion.

No estaba limpio, en mi habitacion la 315 habia pelusa encima de todo, me dio la impresion que hicieron limpieza una vez cerraron la puerta y habia pasado mucho tiempo sin que alguien volviera a estar en esa habitacion, el hotel es viejo cuando salid del elevador al pasillo de las habitacion en el 3er piso pense que me habia equivocado. Se escuchaban los pasos de la habitacion de arriba. el techo es de madera, no era lo que esperaba.

I am a Hilton Honors member, and used the Hilton site as well as other sites.

1. The facility was under renovation and that was not noted on any Website. Specifically, the work out area was pictured as a large well-fitted room, However, the workout area was jammed into a very small (10' x 12') room where no more than one or two people couild work out. 2. When a Hilton CSR reached out and we informed her of our disappointement, she promised to reduce our billing, which did not happen. 3. The mini-frig in our room needed to be replaced -- it was done so in an expert and efficient manner.

Location, felt safe, two bedroom Villa was very large and clean.

The pool by the Villas was obviously not as well taken care of as the pool near the hotel.
