Location and next to Flemings restaurant. Nice they have Starbucks coffee in the restaurant bar early in the morning.

The room I had was not remodeled. The bed was extremely lumpy. The bathtub old, small and stained from so much use. The toilet was low to the ground and barely flushed. I specifically wanted a bathtub but I wouldn’t get into this one. Some of the front desk staff were polite while others were just rude to me. I waited 3.5 hours for this old room. If someone had said it was not remodeled, I would’ve switched.

The amenities were super!

I thought the event and facilities were excellent.

I like the property.

The maid only made up the bed and didn’t bring towels or clothes ,also never vacuumed the floor

This is a great location in the city, resturants were very close. The staff followed up once I checked to make sure everything was OK with my room.

Some of the towles were stained (Im not saying they weren't clan but one looked like it had a toothpaste stain on it).

The staff were very helpful, friendly.

The only downside was on Saturday, 11/01' night the bar/ next by the pool was closed. We were ready to watch the Dodgers games with drinks. That was disappointed.

Hotel was under renovations. Workers starting pounding on walls at 5 am. Elevators smelled musty.
