I have always enjoyed this location before whether I was attending a conference or staying for a family event. I recently attempted to make a reservation for a family member, we wanted to pay for the reservation and have her just be able to check in on her own. Other hotel chains allow for this by using an authorization form, however this location would not accommodate us. Unfortunately because the payer could not be present at check-in we are taking our business elsewhere.

The staff at this hotel are very rude and unhelpful. Which is really sad because it is otherwise a nice property. They overbooked the hotel and offered to send me to another hotel that was 20 minutes away in the wrong direction. No offer to help with transportation. That hotel they sent me too was also full and unable to accompodate my reservation making it so I was just stuck - no helpfulness or understanding at all from the staff.
