Very small bathroom. One parking lot closed for the three days we were there, very long walk to room. Room could have been a bit cleaner, popcorn on floor behind round work table...plug in on table not working Bed was comfortable.

Room was not ready at 4:00 pm. Had to wait in car until 8 PM. Ridiculous. Only one elevator for conference center and 7 floors.

This hotel, although advertising they are “pet friendly” , is only pet friendly to the dog breeds they apparently like. Our recently rescued dog, named Draco, was turned away from the front desk because the clerk clearly was not a fan of pitties. She used weight as an excuse when she said there was an issue with my dog. I have stayed many times over the last several years at this same hotel and never was turned away because of my dog. All of our dogs are rescues and all have always been over fifty pounds. I was livid! Draco sat patiently beside me as the clerk pulled out some “pet policy” binder and made a call to some assistant manager to find an excuse as to why he was not allowed to stay with at the hotel. Mind you, I had a dog listed on my reservation and points were already withdrawn through my account, via Marriott. I have filed a formal complaint with the Marriott Titanium Department. I will not let this slide! Breed Specific Legislation was banned several years ago in many states! This hotel needs to keep up with the times and not discriminate based upon the breed and looks of an animal but rather adhere to a fair pet policy for all family pets.

The window in my room was leaking so much that we could not sit near it. I had to clean it up myself. They could not give me a new room. Water dripped all night. I couldn’t sleep.

Location was not too bad. Macdonald and eateries opposite. PGA golf store, Total Wines and Best Buy nearby. Hypermart around 15 mins walk. Serene surrounding with indoor pool too. Pleasant stay. No bottled water. No bedroom slippers. Bed and pillows were good !
