"Not as Advertised"

The hotel was dirty, loud, and did not have a coffee maker in the room as advertised. The breakfast was also not as advertised; just some items that appeared to have been bought at a gas station placed in individual paper lunch bags. I do not recommend staying at this hotel.

"Dusty, dirty stairways and hallways. "

Dusty, dirty stairways and hallways. Pillows were the worst i have ever used. Housekeeping did not clean my room until the third day. Would not recommend.

"Comfortable bed and pillows, clean room"

The gentleman that checked us in was nice but barely talked. I told him my name, he handed me paperwork and then kept working on the computer. So i thought he was still busy and then finally he kind of sighed and was like "sign!" I was like ohhh ok, sorry. So i just wish he would have spoke more and made us feel more welcome.

We chose this venue in part because of the pool. Upon registering we found pool had been closed for some time. Generally, this felt like an "aging" motel.

"No Elevators!!"

Nice place, clean rooms and nice size TV too. Interior is a bit dated but still a nice SAFE place. One thing to me is…. There are no Elevators only stairs to reach the second floor. Wife wanted second floor I said “OKAY”. 35 + years of marriage why argue then. 😁

Tv didn’t work, smoke alarm was hanging from the ceiling, bathroom wall had paint coming off and was damaged, the pool had no water in, told them we were paying in cash when we got there, and when we got there he said no cash payments. So we had to find an atm to put our money on a card to use. Staff was very friendly, just not what we paid for.

Stayed here in the king hot tub room & room was nice except it was right next to the front desk. Which was fine but also I didn’t like being that close for anyone to walk past and hear us at the desk. (We had out toddler with us) . Bed was hard. No breakfast even tho they had a sign. Pool was down and that wasn’t posted either.

The guy was very rude. Didn't speak much English. He got upset when I couldn't understand him. Room was dirty. I was unable to stay the last night due to a death and he refused a refund
