Clarion Pointe Lake Jackson - Clute

A roach came from behind the picture in the room. The secondary lock was missing from the door, broken off. “Curly” hairs along the edges of the bathtub and around the base of the toilet.

There were roaches everywhere. In the hallways, in the bed, bathroom. The place had a horrible smell. There was visible mold in the ceiling and on the walls. We notified the front desk of the issues and immediately left. We had to spend money on another hotel. They also would not refund my money even though we only spent 10 minutes in the room. I’m not sure how this place is even open for business. Do not book here!

The pictures are nothing like they are on Expedia. The fountain does not work. The bar does not is not lit up. The continental breakfast is cereal and a hot waffle. There was no hot coffee at 8:05 in the morning. Don’t stay there. The elevator is so raggedy

The bed was comfortable

TV did not work The toilet kept running it would not shut off The hallways were very very hot

It smell horrible mole on walls

Beds were comfortable.

We found roaches in the bathroom in one unit and in kitchen in the second unit. Reported to staff, stated pest control was coming but still found bugs the next morning.

Too many roachs and rooms dirty

Roaches, dirty room, foul smell in rooms, clogged tub, electric plugs not working, shower dripping slow.
