Clarion Pointe Lake Jackson - Clute

Well the pictures on this site are definitely either really old or doctored up. Very outdated! The rooms would not cool down at all. Pool was disgusting. Would NOT recommend at all.

I liked the staff, our first room wasn't acceptable,, the staff immediately switch our room and it was fast and hassle free. I loved the water pressure in the shower,, the breakfast wasn't up to par. Definitely should upgrade there breakfast situation.

It was convenient and the room was very nice and the bed was very comfortable. The price was great.

Nothing seems to work in this room . TVs don’t hook to internet even when it says does on the TVs. The channels cut in and out horribly on the tv. The Wi-Fi half ass worms . We had roaches in our kitchenette . We asked if someone could come fix the TVs and the lady just kept saying I promise the TVs don’t work in our rooms . The pool was closed though we were told the day before when we boned it would be open. Won’t be back

Uuugggh

This was an awful experience. The hotel was in poor shape and smelled awful. We got our room key, went into the room and the bed were unmade and the room was dirty. Immediately requested my money back and went somewhere else. Still haven't received a refund!!

Staff was friendly

VERY run down. Multiple roach/water bugs in room. Fold out couch looked like it was picked up off the street, frame wasn’t even attached. People permanently live in this hotel as their residence. Doors were locked but was told by staff that it was not safe area in back where we were told to park. That was kind of scary since I was traveling just with my grandkids and another girlfriend. No one bothered our stuff which we were thankful for. If I had turd the place prior to staying I absolutely would’ve said no. The sheets did appear clean although they had paint stains and other on them. And it was limited on what was available to put on the sofa bed.

Nothing. It was falling apart

Everything. There was bugs, it was super hot in the lobby area. So much damage. The rooms were not clean. There was dried contact lenses left on the tub.
