The hotel is in a great location but the staff is apathetic and not helpful. The rooms don’t have working phones- mine wasn’t connected at all but just sat on the nightstand for decoration. The thermostat didn’t work the entirety of my 3 night stay and after the engineer reset it, the thermostat got stuck on heat and the room was an oven. The front desk only said they couldn’t do anything about it. Also no water in rooms, even for Honors members. Disappointing stay.

This is a nice hotel and I’ve stayed here numerous times for business. This is the second time I have stayed here and didn’t have hot water for a shower or at all! For the rate this hotel charges, you should have hot water to shower. The thing that bothered me is when you go to check out and you let the front desk assistant manager know and all they can say is, where would you like your receipt? This just shows they didn’t care and being the second time in 2 separate trips, it hasn’t been addressed or fixed. So just an FYI when choosing this hotel.
