Isla Grand Beach Resort

Pool area and close walking distance to beach. Bartender at the outside bar was really nice and personable but can't remember his name.

Front desk staff were not over friendly, they weren't rude, just felt like they were only there to do a job.

No outside drink or food was allowed . No microwave in the room.

The rooms are outdated motel like experience. I booked partial ocean view but what a joke, was given a motel two story building no elevators. Rude check in. If you want a hotel experience this is not it. Grounds were pretty but I like comfort. Pick another place. Air conditioning so noisy it woke me up all night. View was pathetic. Unless you stay in the condo section do not bother to book. Wish I picked margaritaville resort. .

Very disappointed with my experience at Isla Grand Beach Resort. We checked into our first room and immediately found stains on the bedding before even using the room. We reported it and were moved to a second room, only to find more brown stains on the sheets there as well. When we asked about a refund because we no longer felt comfortable staying, the manager, Imelda, was rude and unprofessional. She told us the rooms were supposedly at a “discount rate” and non-refundable, even though this was never discussed when we booked the room in person. Instead of trying to help resolve the situation, she kept insisting the hotel was fully booked and that they would lose money. The issue wasn’t just the stained sheets, but also the way the situation was handled. Cleanliness and customer service should be taken seriously, especially when guests immediately report problems upon entering the room.

Great access to beach , has everything on the property, no reason to drive anywhere

La ubicacion de la habitacion me gusto. Muy buena vista. La piscina de muy buen tamano.

El unico pero que le pongo, es que me entregaron tarde la habitacion. Despues de las 6pm y pues al siguiente dia hay que entregarla temprano
