La cama era muy cómoda; cuando llegamos muy limpio, Todo lo demás muy bien

Que en la alberca tienes que comprar del bar, no te dejan meter tu bebida Solo había una máquina de hielo las demás no funcionaban Que no limpian la habitación todos los dias

El resort en general nos gustó, la extensión del horario del arcade, de las canchas de tenis, de las albercas muy bien (11 pm). El contar en el resort, espacio de entretenimiento para shows, música, áreas de televisión, super bien.

El día del check-out no nos dieron oportunidad de disfrutar las instalaciones durante todo el día, solo hasta las 11 am. Solo para citar un ejemplo, del 24 al 27 de abril de 2026 mi familia estuvimos hospedados en el Resort Moon Palace Cancún Nizuc All Inclusive y ahí después de hacer el check-out el hotel permite que sus huéspedes puedan utilizar en el día de la salida todas sus instalaciones, restaurantes y alimentos hasta las 11 pm.
