Ubytovanie ma najlepšie za sebou.. - vodný kameň v kanvici z ktorej by som sa nenapil ani keby umieram -.kúpeľňa by pytala úplnú rekonštrukciu, navyše ani nieje v izbe ale musíte prejsť cez chodbu , ktorú zdielate s ďalšími ľuďmi, je to nepraktické ( kúpelňa nie je zdieľaná) - raňajky v cene - pozor , niesu to typické raňajky - ziadne vajicka ci slanina ,,, sú tam nejaké croasannty a takéto somariny .. žiadne anglické raňajky nečakajte..

Il quartiere.L'abitazione anni 50,obsoleta per porte cigolanti,rumorosa per ogni movimento degli altri ospiti.Non mi era stato detto che il bagno,anche se a me riservato, non era in camera.Inaccettabile.

Das Bett ist sehr komfortabel und verfügt über eine neuere Matratze. Zum Zimmer gehört auch ein kleiner Balkon. Es gab eine Kaffeemaschine und Pad dazu.

An den Aufzug in den fünften Stock muss man sich erst mal gewöhnen. Die Fahrt ist abenteuerlich.

Good location.

No on-site parking despite what the listing says. Street parking very difficult. Room was somewhat cramped because an even more cramped bathroom was carved out of one corner of it. Breakfast was mediocre, bread packaged in plastic. No human contact with owner.

Stella Maris is a wonderful place that fully meets the phrase "good value for money"! We had a room with amenities in the room (there are 2 options: either amenities in the room or amenities in the corridor, but exclusively yours and locked), everything was clean, cleaning every 2 days, breakfast is left on the table and replenished with cleaning. The accommodation is managed by Antonella, who is always in touch and helps with any issues, for which I thank her very much! I can confidently recommend this accommodation to future guests.

The only thing that was a bit difficult, since I was with my elderly mother, was the location of the apartment. We didn't immediately figure out the public transport, which, by the way, doesn't always run on a clear schedule, so it was difficult to get around on foot. But if you have the opportunity to rent a car, this won't be a problem for you.

Lage

Zimmer nicht sauber.Externes Bad auch dreckig schimmel in der Dusche. Mit Frühstück gab im Zimmer kräcker mini Gebäck und Kaffeepads.Wurde aber nicht mehr nachgefüllt. Dann lieber kein Frühstück.
