Location was fine as we needed to be in the area.

The hotel feels quite outdated and the beds were smaller than expected for this standard. Bathroom was old. A/C noisy and the vents dirty. The breakfast process is unnecessarily complicated, requiring a physical voucher even when included in the rate. Most concerningly, a staff member entered our occupied room mid-afternoon without knocking. He looked at us surprised and left the room quickly without saying anything. When confronted, he couldn't provide an explanation for the intrusion. This raised serious privacy and safety concerns for us.

Packs of people were bringing in bottles of liquor in the afternoon and from 2-5am, multiple rooms on multiple floors had screaming parties and were shouting hysterically. No one could sleep. The (somewhat late) checkin, the rooms were not ready for almost every guest checking in at 4pm. Staff said they had been busy. Perhaps hire another person to join the housekeeping team. Do not stay if you enjoy sleeping, or if you are bringing family. If you like cheap liquor and screaming stupidly, drunkenly & selfishly through the night it’s a perfect choice.

The location closes to supermarket

The walls in the room are very thin, so you can hear the other guests.”
