The hotel staff was attentive and charming. The two women who are twins are incredible. They handled the front desk beautifully, and treated difficult customers with respect & consideration.

A more efficient coffee service would benefit everyone. Consider the example of the Graduate chain of Hiltons. Cleaner, greener & cheaper.

Rooms were clean, Starbucks in the hotel was very dirty

I recently stayed at Hilton Albany, my experience was not perfect. When I first walked into my room, I noticed right away that the bed wasn't properly made, but I stayed one night and didn’t make a big deal. After I checked out I realized I forgot pretty noticeable Apple products behind, a computer charger and a phone charger with an adapter, all right next to the nightstand. These aren't tiny items like a small piece of jewelry that could be easily missed; we're talking about a big cable and adapter set. When I contacted the hotel about retrieving my chargers, it took them 4 days to go downstairs to check lost and found room and told me that they couldn't find anything at all. Given the size of these items, I find that really hard to believe unless the room wasn't thoroughly cleaned.

No hot tub as advertised. The bathroom sink has a very slow drain to the point where it fills up.
