Saint John Harbourfront Hotel

Location was very good. Right downtown. Walk everywhere.

Room temperature was a little uncomfortable and the bones on our door to the room were on the wrong side.

Beds were a touch soft

Location was great. Comfortable room and clean.

Room had bare minimum. Shower gel was empty no extra roll of toilet paper. Little things but should have been provided without asking.

The staff were very friendly at the front desk. Location ideal and restaurant was great. Rooms were comfortable and very clean.

Having to pay for parking, but at least it was conveniently located across the street with easy hotel access.

Emplacement et vue. Déjeuner intéressant.

Le ménage du tapis ne semblait pas avoir été effectué. Il y avait plein de graines et il n’était pas de propreté exemplaire. De plus, il n’était pas possible de régler la température de la chambre comme nous le désirions.

Felt welcomed as a special guest from the moment I arrived.
