Saint John Harbourfront Hotel

It’s in a great location on the waterfront and the property is modern and clean. The buffet breakfast was excellent and all staff were very friendly. I had an ocean view…very nice. The king bed was exceptionally comfortable and the room spacious and spotlessly clean. Parking was across the street but there’s direct underground access to it…very helpful.

Breakfast was excellent...staff very friendly and attentive! Great harbour view of our room and handy parking nearby. Front desk staff were very helpful and friendly. Room was clean and we appreciated the quiet night for a good sleep.

Hotel itself is good. Food is delicious from Breakfast to dinner. It is located inside Market square. The 2 person that I remembered well first one his name is Rohith. He helped me to secure the room on the 12th floor that has a harbor view and also provide 3 drink vouchers (Thanks for that). Second person his name is Polo. He is nice enough to tell me that I can just walk through the harbor passage instead of taking bus to my next hotel up on the street. And also I believe restaurant staff (Kaylee and Tammy. If I remember correctly) they are helpful too. It was overall a great stay.

Parking could have more clearer

Rooms were clean and updated.

Parking was across the street in a city garage Cost me 18.00 a day. If you move the car you pay another 18.00 This was not told to me when I booked with booking.com.

Good location

The breakfast buffet was nice and hot. The view of the harbour was lovely. The beds were very comfortable, and the staff at the front desk and at the hotel restaurant were pleasant.

No major issues! The towels were a bit rough?
