Clean bedrooms

The amount of building work was massively un reported by the hotel. Essentially we had access to a lift and our bedroom only. We had to meet in the street in the rain. If there was a “break out area” the staff didn’t tell us about it

Good breakfast comfortable bed nice shower plenty of towels biscuits were nice and tea and coffee provided was great. Was perfect for a late check in after a long day driving.

I didn't know where to park the car and had to walk a long way to hotel.

Location and good breakfast

Rooms were being upgraded so very noisy with the drilling should have had a rebate or told. We were told reception areas were being renovated but they were doing the bedrooms as well and had to be moved
