"Perfect hotel in central city of Glasgow."

Very good location right in central town surrounded by cafes, boutiques and 2 min from the main shopping streets. Close to gallery’s and concert hall too. It had car parking on site as a bonus. The room was decent sized with a massive comfy super king bed, had windows that opened up and fab shower pressure. Staff were super friendly and helpful and we were not at all impacted by the builders onsite. Recommend this hotel as a really nice mecure.

The location was ideal , comfy , warm

The lift had been urinated in and my partner put his hand on it on the way to the room to check in , reception was notified and it was not corrected by the next time we used the lift

"Location good facilities bad"

Good central location.

Hotel is currently being renovated, receptionist did not seem to be very friendly at check in. Difficult in sleeping due to noisy traffic outside as having to open windows to control temperature of room, no air conditioning. Just a table electric fan.
