"Family stay for Funeral"

We were here for a funeral after a horrific tragedy. The front desk was beyond helpful when trying to coordinate with us on reservations and placement. Haley was a rockstar! Super polite, friendly and compassionate towards our entire family and situation.

"To expensive for not so great looking place."

Some place to sleep. But didn't Ike for the price.

The price for a outdated and not so clean hotel. And wasn't close to the location we had to go to. Also the breakfast was gross.

"Bad carpets very dirty"

The staff, location was excellent

Well the hotel itself was disappointing as they was a distinct smell as soon as you walked through the door, the hotel really needs some tlc carpets were very worn and dirty they all need ripping up and replacing, we stop at holiday in all the time, but this one well the worst one, we did realise as we were leaving it was pet friendlyhence why i have flea bites from the stay, and well I have nothing about animals but in a hotel that is a no or atleast just to have one floor for animals and the rest for normal people, this was a one off I hope just get this upgrades
