"Very Good"

Comfy. Nice staff.

Bathtub looked really really bad. Like layers of dirt were on it or the layer of material was coming off. It was brown in layers. Scary looking. One big bug we had to kill.

Came in late and Luke was the best! He was friendly and helpful in getting us a last minute room. The room was comfy and the breakfast was good - the B&G did not disappoint and bacon was perfectly crisped.

"Breakfast Special!"

Travis, Haley, and Sherry made the morning a breeze! Stayed here with our college basketball team and they were not only extremely helpful, but went out of their way to cater to everyone. A fantastic stay and start to the morning!

The cordiality of this establishment couldn't have been better! Every staff member I encountered greeted me... that's very rare! My family and I weren't here for the best circumstances, we had some car troubles just passing through but Hailey accommodated us graciously with a late checkout with no penalties while we weighed our options!

"Employees make this hotel!"

One of the best hotels I've ever stayed at and I stay at hotels weekly for work trips . Being in the middle of nowhere I didn't have high hopes but the employees make all the difference! Hailey was more than helpful! She went above and beyond when my phone didn't have any service she printed out directions for me! due to my technical difficulties I was running late and didn't have time to sit down for breakfast but Hailey offered a box to take some food to work with me! Hoping work sends me back this way soon! Everyone was so pleasant ! The only small complaint I have is the lighting in the room is not great and I had trouble finding a working outlet.

Staff was friendly and attentive

Toilet in our room clogged the first time we tried to flush it. The bathroom floor was sticky. We arrived late and tired, so couldn't call housekeeping. We alerted the front desk staff the next morning as we were checking out. Would have been nice to have our room rate discounted for the inconvenience, but it is what it is I guess.

"Great Hospitality"

Ethan checked me in after midnight and offered a warm friendly greeting and a feeling of hospitality. Great convo for good measure too. Sherry and Haley were the morning crew working breakfast and the concierge services respectively and they were welcoming and friendly. Great way to start the Friday in Indiana before a long drive ahead.
