L'accueil, le confort du lit, les attentions (café, thé, bouteilles d'eau, pantoufles,...), la situation géographique, la vue sur la ville (coucher de soleil ou lever de soleil),...

Ma chambre attribuée avait un problème de fuites d'eau au niveau de l'airco au plafond mais on m'a vite donné une autre chambre de même catégorie. Rien d'autre à mentionner

Ein wunderbares Luxushotel, direkt an der Nobeleinkaufsstrasse. Zimmer im 24. Stockwerk mit top Aussicht aufs Atomium. Gut gelegen zu Fuss in die Innenstatt. Moderne Einrichtung, Zugang zur Lounge, viele Lifte, nie warten müssen, Frühstück traumhaft. So lässt es sich leben.

Good location

Rooms were fairly basic given the price It’s crazy having just one door for the toilet and shower.. shower door leaked even when closed.. and water went into toilet

I loved the view of the city from my room. The buffet Breakfast was amazing and the food for dinner was super delicious. The air conditioning worked great and the bed was super comfortable.

The coffee machine in the room did not work. This was disappointing. I think another chair near the table by the window would have been nice. This way while one has a meal in their room they could sit in the chair and look out the window to admire the view.
