La gentillesse du personnel au restaurant

Nous sommes des clients réguliers de l'hôtel. Nous sommes arrivé à 12H. La chambre n'était pas prête, ce que nous comprenons. L'homme à la réception disait que l'hôtel était full (la serveuse du resto disait qu'il était vide...?). Il nous a donné une chambre à l'étage 11. L'étage puait et la chambre n'a pas été faite depuis de semaines (pleine de saletés). Après réclamation à la réception, un autre réceptionniste (plus haut de gamme) nous a donné une chambre convenable. Mais nous avons très mal dormi, car la nuit il y avait un concert dans le parc à coté de l'hôtel, et la chambre est très mal isolée.

Unser Aufenthalt war einfach perfekt. Das Hotel ist wunderschön, sehr sauber und modern. Das Zimmer war komfortabel und die Aussicht war traumhaft. Das gesamte Personal war außergewöhnlich freundlich, hilfsbereit und professionell. Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an willkommen gefühlt. Auch die Lage des Hotels ist hervorragend. Vielen Dank für diesen unvergesslichen Aufenthalt – wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Room cleaning and upkeep is a subpar.

Close to the metro and shopping district. Breakfast was amazing!!

Boa localização, perto de estação do metrô e a 15 minutos a pé da Grande Place. Hotel grande, quarto e banheiro confortáveis. Café da manhã muito bom. Boa área de spa. Sem grandes luxos é uma excelente opção executiva.

Nada a reclamar. Algumas áreas estão com cara de velhas.

While the hotel itself was satisfactory, be prepared to handle your own luggage. There appears to be no bellboy service available, so guests need to carry their bags from the taxi or car to the room and back upon departure. This may be inconvenient, especially for those traveling with heavy luggage or requiring assistance.
