Fairmont Grand Hotel Geneva

Very comfortable and clean rooms. However the wifi was slow and the hallways were confusing it takes a long time to find your room. Also i expected more options for the breakfast buffet.

Exceptional customer service. Ideal location close to Waite taxi, train and bus station, shopping, food. Staff very helpful. Hotel immaculate.

Lovely hotel!

Hotel staff asked me to upgrade (with cost) for room with more space, but found out no lake view when arrives room. (Original booking was partially lake view.). Feeling a bit disappointed.

From the moment we arrived we were impressed by the level of service at the hotel, all staff were fantastic and the hotel facilities were great. The view over the lake from the lounge bar and restuarant was great and the food was fantastic. Thank you

Great location right on the lake. Wonderful swimming pool and spa. Very comfortable, large rooms, with all amenities except for Nespresso coffee makers (apparently expected in the near future, according to the hotel management). I travel to Geneva fairly often and have stayed in nearby hotels - including President Wilson and Hotel de la Paix (now Ritz Carlton) - and would rather stay in Grand Hotel Kempinski.
