As one of the original five star hotels it still has its old school charm however it has been sympathetically refurbished. Ticks all the boxes. Felt right at home there within all the comforts.

The room was great and very comfortable. Was very quiet despite how busy it seemed to be. Love the breakfast options in the morning!

The queue to check in took 45 minutes. Has to be a better way on a busy day!

"Good stay in room but parking your car very poor"

Good reception check in and check out room very good

Advertise that you have to pay $50 or $75 valet for parking at the property , l got told after l booked the room that l was up for parking money. Well then that was to late to cancel the booking as it was a non refundable booking .

Location was great, bed was comfy, staff were super friendly and helpful.

Heater wasn’t working, dirty ear buds left in the small gap between the sink and the bench in the bathroom, light switches weren’t working properly
