"Spacious and smoke free room"

We had a lovely stay. It is located in the middle of the strip. They do not have a lot of restaurants but it’s very close to LINQ and the eateries around there. Love the upgrade of the two rooms in the Mountain tower I booked, they are spacious, super clean, no smoke smell and easy to get to. Staff were super friendly and had been very helpful with all the queries I had during my stay and even afterwards when I queried about refund of deposits. One of the rooms didn’t have shampoo however the reception helped and room service brought extra shampoo, shower gel and conditioner for me. Love the amenities in the room, comfy bed. We didn’t use the pool

Could have a bit more restaurants Explanation of deposit refund could be better. (They charge you all the fees including room, resort fee and deposit in one go, then upon checkout, they cancel the original charge and charge just the room and resort fee as a way of refund of deposit)

Location was great, everything else not so good. In room next to us there was probably 10 people every day shouthing and arguing all day and all night long, it was like they were with us in our room. When we told that at the reception they didn't do anything about it. Room next to us was for 2 people just like ours because we saw it when the cleaning stuff left the door open. We didn't get any fresh towels for 4 nights we were there, that is something you would expect if you are staying at the hotel. When we asked for more toilet paper and towels it took more than an hour to be brought to our room demanding tip after it.
