"All in all it was a good stay."

The breakfast was very good and the place was clean

The snacks from the gift shop prices were kinda high and stale. Also the bar closed way to early

The room was great and I really like the space.

I thought that the pillows were too soft which made it more difficult to sleep. The nightly event was a good idea, however the snacks were not great. Additionally, I did not like having to pay $15 for parking.

The chef making breakfast was fantastic. The omelet was great!

The breakfast area was dirty and run-down. It is a high volume operation and I'm sure gets a ton of use, it just is tired and needs some TLC. It isn't up to Hilton's standards.

"CHAOS IN BWI HOTEL"

This hotel was one of the worst in the Embassy Suite family. Uncommunicative front desk personnel. We were there this past weekend June 5-June 8, Kids running all through the building at all times of the day and night. No staff to control the chaos. It was horrible. We could smell the weed (Marijuana , in our room through the vents. The room had ANTS in the bathroom. At the bar, youngsters under the drinking age were ordering drinks, no one checked the ID. These kids couldn't even get their lies straight on their ages. Totally unreal. We will not be going back to this Embassy Suites in the near future or ever. Its sad after spending 3 nights in the Embassy Suites Georgetown to go to this one in Linthicum/Baltimore.
