"GREAT Staff with Excellent Guest Service"

The visit to BWI Ebassay was warm and comforting. With a great staff of accommodating people looking forward to help Us have an Amazing stay. TIA gave 5 STAR Guest Service to help make Breakfast a Great start of the day, and never stop trying to Help make sure My wife and I were enjoying our Time or had things that we wanted. She is an excellent example of What Service should be.

Great hotel centrally located. Best part of the stay was the breakfast buffet. Tia was the best. So friendly and always had a smile on her face. She should be the everyday cook.

The Embassy Suites breakfast buffet was really nice, but the best part was Tia. She was super pleasant and extremely nice when she was cooking and bussing tables. One morning when it was super busy while she cooking, she handled herself perfectly with some not so nice people. She just smiled and said, yes sir, I got you, all with a smile.

You could not ask for a better morning staff that treats you with so much care and respect. I would love to recognize Ms. Tia and Ms. Mara. My stay here has been tremendous because of their smiling faces and quality of service.

Great location and very friendly staff. Older decor but everything was kept clean and tidy.

Overall very comfortable stay. Our bathtub plunger was missing. Not a deal breaker for us.
