I arrived earlier than check-in time & to my delight both Mera and Tia ensured my wait was comfortable & enjoyable until first room became available. Mera personally came to find me to inform me of an early check-in and she ensured I had my welcome snacks (my fav Mr. Goodbar:)). And with a smile and no hesitation, Tia provided me utensils and table needed so that I could continue working although after breakfast service hours. Top notch service from both ladies.

Service and quality have gone down. I see that I wrote a glaring review at this same time last year. Stating then that I stay here pretty often. My latest trip was met with some issues. Plugs weren’t working in half of the room. I called the front desk to ask for an extension cord or something so that my son could plug up his medical device. The front desk advised that they didn’t have access to those things. I express the seriousness of the situation and still nothing. I was told that I’d have to wait until the morning and they would have a manager contact me. Upon checkout a manager wasn’t available and it’s been 2 -3 weeks and no one has cared enough to reach out. We had other issues but this was the most pressing to me. Even more concerning that a manager never reached out. I have to return to Baltimore 3 more times in the next three weeks and sadly, we’ll have to find another location. Unhappy Diamond member. Also if you’ve been coming here for quite awhile, you’ll notice that they now charge for parking
