"Overall 3 out of 10 because of the smell and lack of cooling throughout the premises."

The free chocolate chip cookies and friendly staff were great.

Overall the hotel smelled extremely bad like urine. Im not sure if the facility has a working air conditioner as the hotel itself was very warm. My room air was fully functional. Only complaint about the room is the fact the bath tub would not drain sufficiently so it would fill while taking a shower.

Staff is excellent our niece and grand nieces met us there that evening and we were not back from earlier commitments. We are extremely appreciative for how well they were greeted. Had late night snacks and drinks also and very happy with both.

Beatuiful views and balcony , will be staying here any time i visit pagosa or anywhere in the area , cant beat the price and the room PASSED my expectations , didnt even wanna leave !! Was so comforting after a 12 hour drive from fort worth texas !!
