"Awful Experience! I totally recommend AGAINST going to this hotel!"

The proximity to the airport.

I had a significant issue with the plumbing within my room, and the issue was not adequately addressed to my satisfaction. The issue disrupted my comfort and wasted a good amount of my time. The staff eventually fixed the problem, but they did nothing to address the fact that I was inconvenienced and that my time was disrupted. They only apologized halfheartedly in passing, after my time was disrupted/wasted! I felt neglected and treated like a mere robotic number. I've been to many hotels, and I've honestly never felt so disrespected in my life.

Petit déjeuner on m'a imposé de payer 4 dollars de frais de service, nous avions réservé la chambre avec petit déjeuner compris, a la fin de déjeuner on m'a présenté une note de 25 dollars pour le petit déjeuner, une erreur de leurs part.
