no WiFi (I mean no, not low), pool is unusable, I has to discuss everyday to have my room cleaned, they try to charge 12 nights of valle parking.

Easy to walk to many restaurants, pubs and sites in Mobile

No hotel parking. But like in many older cities, most of the hotels do not have their own parking. They do have valet so no big deal.
