"I requested not to give us a handicap room, but they did. Toilet didn't work."

When reserving the room, I requested not a handicap room, yet when we got there, they gave us a handicap room!!! The toilet didn't work!!! I'd prefer to stay at Hampton, but this poor experience will affect my future decisions. Not that anyone here cares.

"Exceptional"

Staff was very accommodating and the hotel was clean with an amazing location near ALOT of restaurants and a couple exits from the Hoover Finley Center. Typical slow elevators and it seemed a little humid in hallways, but able to manage the temperature in our room fine. It seemed odd the pool was right out front without a lot of privacy. But across the street was a beautiful waterfall and we actually brought our chairs and cooler over there for some quiet time.

Staff ran me around to 3 different rooms with my 91 year old mom with a cane. Had reserved and requested in person a handicapped room. Rude and uninviting. Linda who worked night shift was kind and helpful.
