The staff was rude at front desk, the front lobby and rooms smelled like mold, there were no face towels we had to bathe with medium towels, there were spots on sheets, bed bugs and roaches in one room alive and roaches dead in two other rooms, and ac wasn’t working in one room. This was the worse experience I have ever had and I don’t recommend this hotel to anyone. We live 2 and a half hours away if not we would have drove home and my kids slept in truck because they didn’t feel comfortable sleeping in room after what we had already experienced.

It was a place to lay our head at night. Everything had stains on it

Very slow check-in. The bed only had the sheets, NO comfort at all. I had to take a trip to Walmart and buy a $38 comfort. Else, it would have been a cold night. The pillows were horrible, no cushion at all. Lastly, there were no trash cans in the entire room. Very disappointing.

I hated the entire stay!!!!

Noise complaints I had to make all night due to people partying loudly all night… ended up calling the police due to staff not fixing the issue… breakfast was a joke all they offered was a waffle!!! Rooms stink!!! Spend ur money better and don’t stay here!!!!

The room had bugs and mildew/mold...you could smell it when you entered the lobby

The first room had water running out of the toilet on to the carpet.. we was placed in a different room which when I walked in there was roaches everywhere

The room was dirty and smelled rust around outlets and flees

Their wasnot enough breakfast and it was nasty. The coffee tasted like brown dish water. The rooms weren't clean. The pool was gross so much chemicals the water was cloudy.

Pretty much everything.
