Todo el resto. Sucio, mal olor, el baño no tenía cortina ni mampara, la cama estaba hundida, la alfombra sucia, la recepción no existe.

"Cost not justified for such a inferior product. Reopen when hotel is ready!"

Surprise #1: Was told breakfast included, not advised other wise st check-in, only later when asked about schedule for breakfast…”because of renovation, we do NOT offer breakfast” why were we not informed at booking time? Surprise #2: Again, not made aware at check in. When I went to take a shower, I found out that the spigot’s lever did not work. Making it impossible to take a shower. Add to that, lightbulb on one one stand lamps not working, very bed pillows, bed was ok.? No Kleenex anywhere..,Yesh, NOT GOOD!!!

Location and the friendliness of the maids. Reception personnel could take a lesson from them.
