I booked and when I arrived guy in reception wanted to charge me $250 deductible bc we had sand still waiting for my refund

Maintenance needs to done on the property

The hair dryer was broken

What i liked were the amount of money to stay and the location

I such like the civil roaches the lack of privacy nor the additional charges added to the room

Breakfast was bagel and toast and coffee with nats bussing around the container pool was not usable it was green ice machine didn’t work was charged an additional 50$ deposit that was returnable no microwave or fridge in room if I wanted that would been an additional 25$ per day … horrible experience

The property was not very well kept. The elevator was out of service. The room had a dirty smell to it as well as the bed sheets had stains. The shower was dirty and started non stop running after it was turned on the first time

Not very clean and quite a few things were broken in the room.
