The housekeeping and the maintenance people were helpful and respectful. They went out of their way to fix our air condition.When it didn't want to work.

The front desk, people were disrespectful not helpful.Refused to change our rooms when the a c went out. A room had a phone that wasn't even connected.There was no phone lines.

"The worst traumatic hotel stay experience I have ever had."

Check in was simple and quick.

I came to speak about paying the room for another day and the lady at desk went and locked me out of my rooom and then because of staff and and their rude attitude I decided not to extend my room another night. She would not let me in to get my stuff out. I was in the office before check out time making arraignments. She told me I had to pay to get my stuff out. A 25 dollar late fee. I left. She told me she would hold my stuff until I. Brought the 25 dollars. The next day I bring in the 26 dollars and the dude at the desk tells me it’s 87 dollars now because they charging me a storage fee. I asked to speak to manager and guy threatened to calling cops on me. This was by far the worst hotel experience I have ever had. Unfair. Rude.

"Go anywhere else do not let your kids sleep here 100% unsafe and unsanitary. I am so upset that this property would not"

Absolutely nothing horrible experience, horrible staff terrible rooms  all around just disgusting  take your money and your family elsewhere. Do not stay here. 

Property is not kept up needs to be shut down. First room keys did not work. Lock was broken second room, dirty pillows, piss stained beds cigarette burns on sheet questionable stains on bathroom walls. dirty towels broken towel holder no AC and no hot water would not give a refund could not sleep.

The location is great, but the hotel is average but the breakfast is horrible and the cheapest owner ever seen

When we arrived to check-in, we were told there would be a $10 pet fee and a $50 room deposit in cash. We stayed at the Red Roof Inn the night before for $62 and chose this hotel because it was advertised for less, plus it offered continental breakfast. Total cost to us was $110. Cost of getting cash from card $15 in fees only to have them keep our deposit when we checked out for pet hair on the floor and claiming we smoked in a non smoking room. I had the police get involved to help get our deposit that was blatantly stolen. We needed accommodations for 2 nights, having only $150 to do so, including food, and now we're unable get another room for today.
