I recently stayed at this property and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. The room was not clean and had an unpleasant smell that made it uncomfortable to stay in. The overall condition of the place did not match the expectations set by the listing.For the price paid, I expected a much better level of cleanliness and maintenance. It was frustrating to arrive and realize the environment was not what was advertised. I understand that listings say “non-refundable,” but when a property is not maintained to a reasonable standard, guests should still be taken seriously when they raise concerns. I would strongly recommend that management improve their cleaning standards and overall upkeep. Until then, I would not recommend staying here.

Priced appropriately. Considering the facilities and broken elevators ( I'm disabled ) I was on the 3rd floor.

Yeah I took the room but I wasn't informed that there wasn't a working elevator

I didn't like when something was there come back something went missing and not my first time at this stay though was crazy but the next time around knew for sure not crazy didn't want to give me my deposit cause says I was smoking in tiim first time and the second time around, which is this time I use my coffee maker went and got a bagel straightened up my room, maybe not clean it, but straightened it up, walked out, the door went to the front desk, checked out and then they tell me that the coffee machine is missing, it's like what the hell, so this is why I dislike this hotel.
