Didn't like that after checked into the hotel, an going up to the room. The beds were un made an the room was not cleaned for us. Had to ask for another room. The second room was in a bigger mess than the 1st. When asked for a refund they said it was a non refundable through Hotels Booking.com. there was no manager to speak with. So we left to check into another hotel room. Still taking the pass keys so no one else would end up with that nasty room for the 2 days. Since we already got stuck with the bill. When returned to return the pass keys the room was never cleaned up. I see yall asked how we're the beds didn't sleep on them due to not being made or room cleaned. Very poor lighting due to bulbs not being burnt out.

Filty!!! The reuse sheets, and comforters. My family could NOT STAT here, and property refused to refund. The comforters had lip stick on one and some other brown crusty stuff on other. , asked for new linens. Girl could not produce any clean, even from other unoccupied rooms. I went with her. Tried to get comforters from another room. Pulled back to take to room, only to find used sheets (kicked down to.bottom) under it.. disgusting!!! So unsanitary!! Re again attempted to get refunded, because we cannot stay here. Aside from the filty.. People live here in hotel. Its a trap house.. alot of suspicious looking people.. very unsafe, a filty... we left. Did not stay. And they refused to refund..

The location of the facility was ideal to get to the ocean.

The room was not clean at all. There was molded food in microwave. There some outlets that were not working. There was trash under furniture that was not swept properly. The manager named Sunny was not helpful at all.
