There was nothing good about this place

After I already paid for the room, they asked for a deposit when I don't have it, the charged me $15 to put me in a smoking room . The beds were dirty, you could see stains, make up and hair on it. The towels were dirty and started, the floor was super dirty, it smelt nasty in there. My daughter was scared to me in that room because she was afraid . I want a refund we didn't stay there at all. I wanted to throw up ..that's how awful that room was.. the staff were not any help what so ever.

Dimly lit, as all the lights in the room are missing bulbs but one. Towels are thin and old. The sink leaked all over the floor from the bottom. The TV has a weird Roku remote menu that randomly floats up during your viewing, as the hotel does not provide the remote for the roku. This place is obviously frequented by drug users and dealers, as we witnessed it, likely due to the part of town and price. The "breakfast" is toast and an apple. No eggs or protein.

Breakfast consists of bread and English muffin for toast & coffee flavor birthday cake.

Our room #126 smell like wet mildew- bath tub dirtying yellow - trash in trash can- floor dirty dead roaches- towels were paper thin - mini refrigerator mold - bedding smell like wash in dirty water.
