First of all they don’t provide water for guest. No water fountain or vending machine with water. The shower does not have a plastic shower curtain only a fabric one and it gets all wet and the water goes out the tub and make a mess on the floor. Also, we notice the toiled would leak water and get all wet from the sitting section. Would not stay here again.
Great overnight stay, ask for room At rear of property as it is less noisy. Would have liked a coffee machine Odd pillows which are too short for Standard pillows. That is all that I wish to say but why do I have to Leave over 200 characters
USHomeless sleeping outside my room and homeless going to get breakfast to take out. Toilet seat top broken and fixed with a tape and tub with stains and old. Customer service was bad too, The girl who was there had no customer service at all. I was about to make a waffle and she stood up and said "hold on mine is in there, I'm hungry like anyone else" lol
Bedding was not clean . Black mold around shower . Carpet had large red stains .
The name on the building didnt match the hotel booked. Then the photos on the website of the hotel are completely outdate or photoshopped. Our tub was so dirty we waited 15hrs until we got to our second hotel in Dallas to shower. My friend was also rented and her tub was equally as disgusting so when offered a new room we knew it would be just like the two tubs we've already seen. I was only in town for a few hours to get a passport so no big deal we made it work. And thank God there was no fire because smoke detector was missing as well.
The rooms are clean and the staff were super helpful. I would recommend this place if you are budget conscious.

Already mentioned before stay was okay room was clean but please clean up dead birds killed by cat in the area Cat can stay but please clean up after them Very traumatic for children to see cat killing birds
Enjoyed our stay and my dogs loved the big space we had for them in our suit room
