This property has got to be a crack den for crack users. The room was in terrible shape, the bathroom had cracks and mold throughout the shower, the be linens hadn't been cleaned since they were taken out of the package. There was a dead bird under the stairway that was stinking up the place, and there was sewage pouring out onto the parking lot.
Good place for family to stay
Nothing to complain about. Everything was fine.
Very confortable room
It is advertised as an 'airport hotel' yet they no longer have a service for transport to the airport. Had I known this I would not have stayed here.
The staff was kind and my room was clean for the most part, but could be better. The first night, instead of shower gel, I had a container of lotion in the shower, but the next morning I got the correct one. I would have given the staff a better score, but I requested a wake-up call at 7am and did not receive one.
USEverything was fine. Basic lodging but no complaints. The staff at check-in was friendly and the hotel is in close proximity to the highway and airport. If you are looking for a budget option in El Paso, I would recommend this property.
Traffic noise wasn’t too bad, but the sounds and suspicious activity happening in the room above us was horrible. It didn’t stop ALL NIGHT. We got no sleep all. We finally got up and left.
I was concern for my car being broken into. Also massive pot holes in the parking lot.
