"Gross"

I never write reviews but I felt it was necessary. Extremely poorly maintained building. All sheets on beds were stained. Pool was drained. Looks nothing like the pictures. We were there for less than an hour and decided to check out and continue driving home.

"Don't stay here"

Bad service.Dirty room. No hot water. Smell like Marijuana. Needs maintenance in shower head. $50 deposit without telling the customer. No breakfast

"Nightmare in El Paso"

Seemed like everything was broken. No pool, no ice makers, no breakfast. The room was a mess. The spigot on the shower was disconnected and hanging from the wall. The security latch was completely broken and the deadbolt was not working so we slid a chair in front of the door for security. The morning after we checked in we found a syringe against the wall behind a cabinet the held the fridge, microwave, and tv. I was completely disgusted so we checked out immediately!

Zero stars for false advertisement. Didn’t receive the 1 king bed executive deluxe room that I paid for instead received a 2 bedroom because apparentlyyy they don’t even have suites or deluxe rooms… then why offer for those rooms to be purchased, right? Also from what I hear speaking to other people staying at the hotel, they only offer the 2 bedrooms with toilets that don’t work and the breakfast that they offer is just toast no juice or any other beverage. Trash.

"Clean and fairly priced but their water system need maintenance"

It was clean and fairly priced

The water pressure was awful and the bathtub would get filled with water and take 5-8 minutes to completely drain out. Its like the drainage pipe gets backed up.
