Walmart is just across the street and so many restaurants around
AC did not work well, the key card would not open the door, and there was no hair dryer in the room. Check-in was pleasant, and when I returned to get the key card changed, the desk person was very helpful.

Muy sucio la habitación olía muy fea la alfombra sucia a fuera lleno de tierra todo
USRealicé mi reservacion hace una semana aproximadamente para asegurar mi estancia , el día de la reservacion de camino al hotel la cual viaje 8 horas, Realicé mi check in por la app en línea, ELPAGO,registro de documentos y todo lo requerido. Y al llegar en la madrugada me comunican en recepción qué mi cuarto lo habían vendido y lo que se podía hacer es un rembolso o tomar un cuarto incompleto qué tenían. Afinal me encontraron una habitación supuestamente completa. La cual tomamos. La habitación no le servía el aire acondicionado, estaba algo sucio ya que el olor a humedad era algo fuerte,el extractor del baño no le funcionaba. Y a pesar que pagamos en línea y el dinero se descontó, aun siguen queriendo sacar otro pago más de mi tarjeta la cual bloquie para que no suceda. MALA EXPERIENCIA (LA JOVEN EN RECEPCIÓN SE PORTO AMABLEMENTE Y SE DISCULPO,DICIÉNDO QUE LAMENTABA LA SITUACIÓN POR LA CUAL ESTABA PASANDO YA QUE ELLA AL LLEGAR A SU TURNO YA ESTABA TODO VENDIDO Y NO SABIA PORQUE HABIAN ECHO ESO de vender una habitación qué ya estaba vendida en línea y cobrada.)

The property looks like they dont keep it up well. The walkways felt slanted, the syairways were in inconvenient places and no elevators. Bird poop all over the walkways and railings. Inside the room was great, though i requested two double beds and they gave me a single king. Their computer system was down and had to do everything manually. The continental breakfast was only waffles and toast, which seemed extremely limited.

There is a smell, musty, humid. Coffe maker, hair dryer not working. Will not stay at this particular hotel again. We have stayed at other La Quinta hotels and never had a problem.
