Air conditioner leaking inside the room and all the carpet is wet. Carpet has large stains and the room walls are in poor condition.

Cuando llegamos después de 18 hs de viajar no nos dieron habitación porque se les cayó el sistema y nadie nos dio una solución. A pesar de mostrarles todos los mails y el pago de la habitación no fueron capaces de solucionar nada. Un desastre la atención.
